I had a wonderful experience here. I ruptured my Achilles in July. Of course the ER experience wasn’t the best but I don’t think I have ever had a good experience at any ER. However, the doctors who performed my surgery were fantastic as were the nurses. I go weekly for therapy and that has been great as well.

Went in for surgery June 2018 and received EXCELLENT care. My first time at Wing and I found ample parking, although there was a lot of construction still going on for the ED expansion. I found the Surgery entrance with ease and the check-in process quick. The entire surgical team was professional and compassionate. My nurses were awesome. If I ever need to go back for surgery, I would not hesitate to return to Wing.

They are kind and fast. They made sure to help me and refer me how to continue receiving care. I've had good experiences with their Emergency department.

I was in and out within 30 minutes for bleeding during my pregnancy. I've never had to wait going there. If you think that's bad, try going to baystate hospital ER in Springfield, you're guaranteed to wait for hours!

Most of my experience has been as a regular patient not emergency room. The check in staff is fast and efficient. Most are very friendly and personable. Sometimes they are extremely busy and it seems they may be trying to be more efficient then personable. Understandable. I've never experienced any rudeness although I've seen many rude patients give them a hard time. I've had 2 emergency room experiences. One with chest pain and one with a couple cracked ribs. The chest pain was dealt with very quickly and comfortably. I was admitted for an overnight stay for observation. Everyone from the emergency room to the hospital itself was caring and attentive. The cracked rib visit was on a very busy night in the ER. A bit like "Night at The Museum" Lots of weird admissions But mostly people in worse shape than I was in which explains my longer wait time to be seen and dealt with. But when I WAS seen it was professional and courteous treatment. I was xray-ed, diagnosed, treated, given a pain reliever, advice, a prescription and released. Over the years I've had some minor inconveniences which are expected but overall very happy with the staff and care.

My experience was very good. I had a short wait time. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Went for X-rays today , in and out in 1/2 hour, staff friendly, professional, efficient. Very much appreciated, esp. when one is in acute sciatic pain!

I was giving my cat a bath, well that was the plan, and she bit me. Hard. Not knowing how serious cat bites can be, I slapped a band aid on it went to work. 2 hours later I'm at Mary lane and they gave me antibiotics and sent me on my way. 24 hours later it's just getting worse so I went to wing because I've always had better experiences then Mary lane and I had a feeling I was going to be admitted. It's Christmas eve mind you. Well I'm not sure why the reviews for this hospital are so awful because there was not a single staff member here that I felt was incompetent to do their job in fact they were all exceptionally good. The nurses had the best bedside manner of any hospital I've been to. The doctors were informative and listened. They helped me a lot with the pain, which was a complaint I saw a lot on here that I had no problems with. IV morphine and oxycodone as needed. Alyssa, Josephine, Debbie, José, Paulina and all the other nurses/aides were just so nice and caring my IV machine kept beeping and they came straight to my room every time to fix it. I started to even feel bad at how much they had to run to my room. Oh and I am diabetic and they did a great job stabilizing my sugars while fighting the infection. Thank u so much wing memorial ! I did not mind spending Christmas with u guys one bit.

I recently brought my husband to the emergency room . The doctors and nurses were friendly and polite. He was taken to the nurse within minutes. In a few hours he was brought to his room. The nurses and everyone were great there also. This was the best hospital experience ever! This hospital will always be first choice.
